Question: Can diets mess up your sleep!?
I'm on a diet!. I've lost a few lbs so far and really happy about it!. But sometimes I've woken up at 4:30am and can't go back to sleep!. Do diets mess up your sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes definitely!. The same thing happens to me!.In fact it happened to me last night and I woke up at 1!.30 and didn't get back to sleep until I had eaten some food!. I am not even on a diet - it is my body's way of telling me that I haven't eaten enough the day before!. It is very annoying because quite often I feel I have eaten enough and feel full up and then I wake up and the only thing to get me back to sleep is food!. Now I try to be more careful and eat more when I have done a lot of activity but I am still caught out a lot!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, it can!.!.!. i have just changed my eating habits and eating healthier and the other morning i woke up at 4!.30am and couldnt get back to sleep!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
