Question: I wannna loose weight! help and open pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee!?
alright i want alot of people to help me out! trainers or just normal smart people ;] hehe!. okay im 15, 5'5, and 140 pounds i guess some people say thats not bad but it kinda is i keep hearing like older woman complaining about being like 140 pounds and they looked better then me! okay well here i get to my problem i thought i looked good except for my stomach but can someone give me a day to day workout for what i should excercise / eat ; i wanna loose about 20 pounds in like 2-3 months; i wanna get skinnier arms or w!.e!. haha , MY STOMACH give me all the excercises i can do to loose my belly fat, my hips, and my thighs and legs !. PLEASEEEEEEE help me loose weight tell me what to eat and no recipes im not sucha great cook haha and what to excercise pleaseee!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you want an area on your body to look tight, shapely or sculpted, you have to first have good muscle in that area!. However, no matter how much muscle you have there, you will not see it with a layer of fat covering the muscle!.

This is why we see big burly beefy men who are obviously strong but they look fat!.

Its sounds to me like even though you know you are not huge, you want your body to look better!. So, you need to build the muscle AND lose the fat!. If you just try to lose that fat without building the muscle first!. You will still look flabby, especially in the stomach where you are saying you want the most work!. The muscle is what pulls the skin tight!. Thinner women frequently confuse flabbiness and a lack of muscle tone for fat!.

So your first step is to do strength training at least four times a week for 30 minutes (minimum) a day, 60 would be better, if you have the time!. Do sit ups, crunches, backward crunches, squats, lunges, push ups, go up and down stairs and use whatever weights you have if you can't get to a gym!. If you can't get a whole hour in, just flexing the muscles you want to work most when you are sitting around helps!. Alone, that won't do it, but it helps toward your goal!. When doing these, keep in mind they are strength training exercises!. The goal is not to go fast and be out of breath, it is to push the muscles!. They should feel tired but not dangerously painful!.

Now three days out of the week, focus on aerobic activities!. This is gonna remove the layer of fat!. You could walk (briskly), jog, dance, or do a video!. Anything that gets your heart rate up!. Again at least a half hour a day!.

Rest for one day in the week!.

Make sure you are eating properly and get some extra protein!. You need protein for muscle building!. Make sure to drink plenty of water especially if you aren't used to regular exercise!.

There sadly is no miracle food!. You probably all ready know the right things to eat!. Veggies should cover half of your plate, HALF!. Use a no cal butter spray instead of butter on them, no cheese!. Eat anything else decently healthy in moderation!. A small piece of boneless, skinless chicken breast, fruit, rice!.

ONLY EAT/ SPARINGLY:

Fruit Juice - FULL of sugar
Dairy - Keep to 2% at least
Red Meat - Quite fattening, do the leanest if you must!.

AVOID:

Candy and extra sugar!.
Soda
Kool Aid
Mochas
Sweetened Ice Tea
Chips - Even baked should be sparingly eaten!. Empty cals!.
Dried Fruit

Remember it is better to eat a whole bowl of veggies than to eat a small bag of baked chips!. Keep healthy snacks for when you are hungry!. And let yourself have a treat now and then or you will end up binging on junk food!.

Try not to do anything that demands you count calories!. They usually get too frustrating and cause failure!. Also don't DIET, this never works on a permanent basis!. Once you start eating normal again the weight comes back!. You shouldn't have to be hungry!. Instead, focus on eating things you know are good for you!. If you keep up a pattern of eating healthy and after you have lost the weight, keep up on exercising at least three times a week, the weight should stay off even if you oink every now and again on cheese cake!.


Of course ask your doctor if these exercises are safe for you also as I have no idea of your body or health conditions!.

Ok!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.it is healthy to lose 1-2 llbs per week!. Cut out the crap, like soda, sugar, candy, junk food whatever!. Eat more fiber, vegetables, fruits!. Do lots of cardio!. Also, crunches help too!. Sit-ups etc!. Read shape or fitness for ideas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't be an annerexic!. you can still eat what you love just in moderation and lots of excersize!. good luck!.

do running, jogging, and some cadio exercises!.!.
don't expect for a result in just a week!.!.you have to work it out!.!.you have to sweat when ur doing exercises!.!.
