I am 15 years old and 6"0, i weigh 246, i was 264!. over the past 3 months ive lost 18 pounds but i need to get too like 220-210 by august-septemberr!. i need someone who can give me a complete shcedule of workout and what to eattt!. the day im going to rest is on sundayyy!. plzzzzzzzz help meeeeeeeeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hello!. Congratulations on your weight loss! And don't feel bad, because I need to lose too!. Well, it looks like you're already on track since you've lost nearly 20 lbs!., but you could try to eat more fruits, vegetables, and salads, no snacks between meals; something I know that we're all guilty of, drink plenty of water, and not alot of pop!.!.!.again, something that we're all guilty of, and of course, exercise!.!.!.you know the routine, diet and exercise!.!.!.blah blah blah!.!.!.!.let me tell you, diets don't work; I've had weight problems all my life; constantly up and down, and diets never worked for me!.!.!.and even if they did, I was lucky to lose 5 to 10 lbs!., and then I would gain at least 15 back, then I'd have to go on another diet!.!.!.it was a constant struggle!. The only thing that ever worked for me was just walking ever day in '03!.!.!.!.with no diet !.!.!.!.and I lost 25 lbs!. in a couple months, and that was the only time that my weight didn't go back up!.!.!.and then I quit walking and I have gained weight again!.!.!.but I know if I start walking again, which will be soon, I know I'll get back down again, and I'll stay down!. I'm sorry I wasn't much help, but that's what worked for me, nothing else, but I'm sure that someone here will be able to help you!. Good luck, and keep up the good work!. :-)

PS- I don't know if you have heard of them, but as you lose weight, you'll hit plateaus; if you haven't, that's when you stop losing weight, and if you get one, do not, I repeat, DO NOT give up!.!.!.!.because that's what I did, and I'd like to prevent other people from doing the same thing!. When you have one, it's still working, but you'll need to mix up your exercise program to start losing again; for example, if you nomally do aerobics or calisthenics, try jumping rope or working out with a exercise video, or free-weights!. I know what your'e thinking, who am I to give advice, and I'll tell you that not one person told me about plateaus or how to get through one- I didn't know anything about them, and when I had one, I just gave it up because I thought it wasn't working any more!.!.!.!.and I've been kicking myself ever since, because if I would've kept going, I probably would've been in a 10 or 12!.!.!.and I was in a 18, and almost in a 16 when I stopped!.!.!.and now I'm in a 22-24,ugh, so, yeah, I know what you're going through, and it's definitely not easy, but you already know that, but keep going, and you will make it to your goal!. P!.S!. SubJ is totally wrong about only eating when you are hungry and only eating thrice a day!. When you go more than three hours without eating your body starts to burn muscle and your metabolism lowers!. When you are trying to lose weight it is incredibly important that your metabolism stays high, so eat every three hours!. Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.
