Just curious, How long do you go running for everyday?
I used to only go 10 mins last summer, then i excelled to 15 mins during the school year, towards the end and the start of summer i was going 20 mins, and now i have been going 25 mins. How long do you go for, and how long do you think i should be going for in order to lose body fat percentage? I am 5'2 104 lbs. Looking to lower my body fat percentage!!
Answers:
I usually run for about 20 to 25 minutes in the summer but then sometimes I can run anywhere around 40 minutes. I would suggest running somehere around 20 minutes each day and increase a little each week or when you feel like 20 minutes is too easy.
