While doing the chest press and chest fly at the gym, my arms trembed during the set. I warmed up ok. Help?

your muscles shaking is very normal, it's nothing to worry about, it just shows that your arms were worked to their fullest. I personally love that feeling for that very reason, it makes me feel good about my workout, knowing I pushed myself to the limit.
PS- try doing 4 to 5 sets of calf raises with super heavy weights and then try standing on your toes and see what happens, it's crazy.
