I need to get to 185 pounds for my job in less than a week. I workout 6 days a week, but have been having problems losing the last 5 pounds. I have been eating between 1300 and 2400 calories a day for the past 3 weeks. Any advice as to how to shock the last 5 pounds from my physique? Are there any secrets to quick weight loss.
