What Supplements to use?
I'm 20 years old weighing in at 150 pounds, i can eat all day and not gain a thing. I lift weights everyday upper body then lower body on opposite days. The question is what can i buy to make me gain more muscle. I'm at the "toned" stage right now but i want to have really noticable muscles. Is there a supplement to buy to help with this?

really dont take creatine whatever you do all it will do is ruin ur kidneys. ur body makes creatine naturally on its own. if u do 10 reps for 3 sets of ur lifts then it will probrably help. make sure ur getting about 3000-3500 calories a day or more if u want and take a protein shake after ur workout and eat lots of carbs.
