im all ready doing 100 crunches everyday (just started today) and i need great exercise for flabby arms and thighs my calves are great! but my stomach thighs and arms are gross and fat and eww!!

hey im in the same boat as u 100 crunches a day and i still need 2 shap up other things!. but for arms and legs i put a 5-10 pound weight n each hand and do lunges and every time i do a lunge i do 1 curls i do about 50 of these a day i think tht it is working pretty well for me!. hope it works good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, do a cardio workout every single day!. At least 30 - 45 minutes, if you can't do that much yet just work up to it!.

As for weight and resistance training, bicep curls and push ups will work out all the major groups in your arm!. To tone the muscles during the bicep curls, don't do a lot of weight just a lot of repetitions!. Meaning do three sets of 12 - 15 reps at 10 or 15 pounds!.

For your legs/thighes, the leg press is excellent and the leg extensions/pull are also very good!. Same principle on repetitions goes for above, just find a weight your are comfortable with!.

For your stomach I would suggest keep doing those crunches!.

At the gym you can find all the weight groups a resistance machine works!. example: for your legs you want to do your quadriceps and your hamstrings and glutts!. For your arms your biceps and triceps!. I hope this helps and if you have a question feel free to email me!.

your doing it the wrong way!.!.!.

100 crunches a day is overtraining the muscle not giving it enough time to heal itself!.

you cant spot reduce weight, meaning, even if you do 1000 sit ups a day you wont specifically target your abdominals, you will lose fat thoughout your entire body!.

crunches and strength training in general have very little to do with all the fat covering the muscle!. so theres not much point working them to lose weight!.

running is your best option, accompanied by a good diet rich in fruits vegies and protein!.

choose one from each catagory, and then use the filter at the top so it only shows bodyweight exersizes!.

do around 10-15 reps and 3 sets with a 1 min break in between to start with!.

increse as you get fitter, also, every month change the exersizes up a bit!. (your body stops to adapt to exersizes after a while, so try to confuse them)Www@Answer-Health@Com

And, for butt exercises, lay on the ground in a situp or crunch position with your hands by your side!. Then, you just raise your butt off the ground by rolling your pelvis, then hold it for 20 seconds and repeat it 10 times!. Do that once a day for 2 weeks, then take a week rest and repeat!.

P!.S!. For the crunches you should only do 50 a night!.!.!.!.!.100 could hurt your back!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.do 50 a night!.!.!.it is better and it will still get you the same results!.!.!.!.
