take in protein right after workout!. shakes, tuna, or chicken!. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated!. Always eat breakfast!. Make sure you get enough rest (thats when muscles grow)!. Dont drink alcohol!. Dont over do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your diet is more important then your weight lifting if your planning to grow!. You need to be eating 5-6 times a day, small meals with protein in each and every meal!. You should have a shake right after your workout, right away as soon as possible!. You also need to have 1!.5-2x your body weight in grams of protein!.

yea protein shakes are good also eat eggs or a food supply that has a good amount of amino acids they are also crucial to your energy and workoutWww@Answer-Health@Com
never tried it but bodybuilding pills at gnc would help along with a good protein shake once or twice a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
