I have a big belly that I just can't get rid of.?!


Question: I have a big belly that I just can't get rid of!.!?
I tried eating right to exercising each day but I just can't get rid of my Gut!.

Does anyone have any advice of what I should do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to do cardio!. doing sit ups with a gut will just causse you to gain muscle under the fat and make you appear fatter!. if your not big on running like me you can go for walks and still burn the calories!. try to walk for atleast a half hour a day!. try 45 minutes to an hour!. you'll notice the difference fast!. also drink lots of water!. hope i helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. you may not be eating right still - it comes down to eating more wholesome foods and drinking plenty of water!. And cutting out soda, diet sodas fries and chips!.

2!. Ad your workouts must be challenging and intensive - not the slow boring cardio and light weights (useless)

Could be stress!. Stress I've been told causes people to retain weight!.

I've noticed I only seem to gain weight around my belly area that won't go away!.

I work out and eat (mostly) right and I'm losing weight in the lower part of my body, but not in the belly area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do more sit ups and pull ups, each for 10 minutes!.
