Question: Help me! weight problem!!?
I am a 13 year old girl and i weigh 167 pounds, my height is 5'3 or 5'4!.!.Help me stop eating! Is there any exercise you can do without having to go outside!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

yes it is bad for you you want some meat on your body but OK eating smaller portions and not eating sweet things when you get up because that messes up your whole day!. exercise when you get up and then wait 30 minutes and then eat!. and eat slow and you can eat 4 or more times a day don't let your stomach go on empty but STAY ACTIVE stay away from pop and drink juice and water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Changing what you eat can make a big difference!. Substitute crap foods for stuff that is high in nutrients and what not!.

It's kinda hard to do exercise if you don't have an equipment in your house and don't want to go outside!. Even taking a 15 minute walk daily to some place can make a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, stoping eating wont help u lose weight!. U need to eat proper bcoz u should get balanced nutrition in this age!. Ur weight should be around 135 lbs!.
Have my own diet -
Drink green tea!. fastest way to lose weight healthyly!.
Experts and researchers say that 5 cups of green tea is a magic number to weight loss!.
Eat a lot of fruits ( no mangoes and banana ) and vegetables!. They are low in calories and healthy and make u feel full for a long time!.
Have complex carbs like wheat!.
drink only skimed milk if u want to!.
Avoid cheese and butter!.
u can have peanut butter sometimes!.
AVOID RICE, FRIED FOOD, SWEETS!.
Drink half glass of water before ur meal and AVOID water for half an hour after the meal!.
It help in digestion and can reduce waistline!.
if u want to have sweet , eat a smalllll piece of darrrrrrrrk chocolate!. (small, very very very small !)
do running or brisk walking for at least 5 times a week!.
enjoy swimming, dancing, sports and have an active life , not of a couch potato !.!.!.
do lots of crunches and stretches!.
Have slow walks after dinner!.
No dinner after 8!.00 p!.m!.actually after 7!.00!.p!.m!.
do not sleep for 3 hours after dinner!. dont even roll on bed!.
No sleeping in the afternoon!.
U must have breakfast, it works wonders in weight loss!.
Have egg white with brown bred for breakfast!.
have breakfast heavy, midium lunch and light dinner!.
It is welly divide, bcoz u need most of the energy at the start of the day and need the minimum in the night!.!.!.!.
Finally, dont lose hope and dont expect miracles to happen in a night's time!.

hey hun, i was the same at your age, if you dont want to go out to excercice i suggest, skipping, it really works, do lots of streches also!. as for food eat fuit and drink plenty of water, a lot of people confuse hunger with thirst!. whatever you do dont starve yourself if you dont eat your body will go into famine mode and then when you do eat again you will put wight on twice as fast, just eat healthilyWww@Answer-Health@Com

do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, drink 8-10 glasses of water!. no pasta and no rice and no junk food and low carb!.
U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don
