What are healthy snacks to eat throught the day!?

Fruits and veggies are the best snacks! Getting this kind of snack isn't fattening every hour, but make sure it's a SNACK (meaning don't make a meal out of a snack!.) They give you energy to keep you going throughout the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

raw carrots (chose the sweet ones), apples, bananas, grapes (in moderation), oranges, mandarins, pineapple (natural appetite suppressant), cucumbers (10 calories in a hundred grams!!!!), tomatoes!.
Make sure that the snacking won't turn into a whole day munching!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The more often you eat the better your metabolism!. I suggest you eat celery since it is very low in calories but is quite nutritious!. I also suggest cucumbers, grapes, apples and melon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try some roasted grams,rice flakes ,peanuts ,all these are great healthy snacks hope you like them
