Question: Most effective weight loss system!?
i need to lose weight fast, as much as 60 pounds in a very short time!. please help me determine the best way to do this!. it can be with special food diets or miracle pills or anything, i am totaly open, i had know idea i got this fat over the winter and now i gotta get rid of it to keep my job!. thanks for your help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jogging is the best way to lose weight!. I hate running but when I need to lose my winter weight I start every day!. I have to build up to a mile since I hate running! I usually do 1/4 mile for three days then 1/2 mile for three days, then 3/4 mile etc!.!.!.!. Also I buy celery and cut it up and put two cut up stalks in each Ziploc bag and eat one bag after lunch each day!. It helps me from overeating at dinner time!. I also hate celery! I wish I knew the answer!. I'm trying myself to lose thirty pounds!

Here's what I know!. Now remember the expression, "Do what I say, not what I do"!. I have not had the willpower to follow my own advice, but I know some things that work!.

First, there are some pills that will help your body burn fat, but exasperatingly enough, they seem to work for some people, not others!. For example, I know people who had great results with Xenadrine, but my results were meager!. My suggestion: go to a "heavy duty" gym, and ask someone there who competes in bodybuilding contests what he uses to burn calories!. These guys must know the answer!. They often have to radically change their weight for a competition!.

Don't fall into the "low carb" diet trap, but stay away from baked goods!. Keep repeating to yourself "baked goods are the devil!." I remember seeing a tiny piece of carrot cake at my local 7-11, and I thought that might be an ok snack!. OK!.!.!. if 550 calories is your definition of a light snack!!!

This is working for me: get liquid L-Carnitine, and take it one half hour before you work out!. I don't pay attention to the recommended dose; I take a shot glass and fill it 1/3 full!. It really seems to help your body burn fat, and as a bonus I seem to have more energy when I take it!. Without a doubt, I can do many more reps when I take it!.

If u want to loose weight, for the first you need to avoid JUNK FOODS!.
And do a lot of exercises!. Be active!.

# Start eating a big breakfast!. It helps you eat fewer total calories throughout the day!.
# Make sure your plate is half veggies and/or fruit at both lunch and dinner
# Juice has as many calories, ounce for ounce, as soda!. Set a limit of one 8-oz glass of fruit juice a day!.

# Take your lunch to work!.
