The best would be running, or using the elliptical machines at the gym!. 30 - 45 minutes of cardio will most definitely start making your legs look sexy!.
Using resistance weights, you would want to use the machines that focus on your hamstrings, quadriceps and gluts!. You want to be able to do a lot of repetitions at a low weight so that you are toning the muscle instead of making it bigger!.
Remember to eat a healthy and balanced diet!. Fitness is a lifestyle change, you can't just exercise and eat whatever you want!. You need to have discipline!. Good luck! =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't spot reduce which means you can't lose weight in specific areas!. If you want smaller legs then you need to do some cardio work-outs with toning exercises!. If you have cellulite you can't get rid of it but sometimes it isn't as noticable if you lose weight!. Yoga and pilates are also great in toning your legs!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
