Question: Did i do okay with my diet today!? easy 10 pointsss, please help me! (:!?
so i've ate
-190 cal weight watchers muffin
-2 scrambled eggs
-1/2 a banana
-200 cal wheat bread sandwich with turkey and little mustard
-130 cal pretzels
-90 cal granola bar
-2 starbursts
-one taco with tortilla, grilled chicken cooked in olive oil, a little cheese, and a little fat free sour cream
-100 cal tortilla chips

so in all about 1230 calories
and for workout,
i ran 2 miles, and walked !.4 of a mile!.
did 3!.5 miles on stationary bike
150 crunches
ab video
and 20 minute pilates

but the bike doesnt burn like any calories!.!.so it basically did nothing for me!. pft!.

but my stomach is just sooo fat and big right now, i dont know whats going on!. ugh!.
do you know what it could be!? could it be that i just ate!? i dont feel bloated though!.!.


help!?
and did i do okay eating and exercise overall!?

I don't see anything wrong with the amount of food you ate today!. As long as you aren't feeling tired constantly, I would suggest sticking to it!.

Also, your work out regiment is great! Stick to it!

Your stomach feels big because you just ate, and probably because the muscles in your abs are a little bit sore!. Absolutely nothing to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No I wouldn't eat the granola bar or the eggs if it were me!. And yes running is about three times harder than riding your bike so I'd do that mostly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u are not overweight for 1, and eat more calories!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
