Summer workoutt? lose 5-10 pds?!


Question: Summer workoutt!? lose 5-10 pds!?
For cheerleading, I have NO muscle whatsoever!. I would like to lose a few pounds so I can be skinnier and gain some muscle! I have access to a treadmill, bike, ablounger, big huge ball, hula-hoop, jumprope and a HUGE park!. but i have TONS of food in my house and i'm home all day long except for friends and pool!. but i eat even MORE those places!.!.!.

Can someone give me like a workout!? I need tight abs, muscular legs, muscular arms!. I would like it BEFORE the summer so I look good in a bathing suit!. 2 wks!.!.!.

Can someone give me a workout!? For the summer!. Same thing just keep up earlier!.

Well, it seems like you have the same problem as me with regards to eating!. When you're not busy doing anything, you eat!. So I would suggest to try and avoid those situations, as much as possible!. When you're sitting on the couch at your friend's house or at the pool, go get some water, don't grab food just to keep your body occupied! Perhaps what your body is trying to tell you is that you need more physical activity in your life, and food is what is taking the place of that right now, keeping your hands and mind busy!.

As far as work out plans go, I am no physical trainer, however I would suggest looking online at runner's world, or a women's fitness, which both have excellent workouts that are created by professionals!. Print a few of these out, if you want to mix it up or pick an exercise regimen that already varies its activities, since I think the reason you're having problems is because your body is bored!. Oh, and in regards to your equipment, obviously, look for workouts that take advantage of what you already own!. The balance ball is a fantastic tool for abdominal workouts, and is much more effective than simple crunches on the ground!.

eating thingy(thats cute ;p) lol anyways i think you should try cutting back on unhealthy snacks or just have a little!. for your work out i think you should

run somedays on your treadmill and others at the park

dance, jumprope, hula, and swim alot!!!!

just have fun with it!!!

He wrote a plan for me a while back and its brilliant!.

Its very quick, and i enjoyed the attention lol!. Give it a go

Also you don't have to keep buying as you just mix the program about a bit!.
