Question: How long does it take!!? QUICK question, answer plzzzz 10 pnts!?
On a crash diet of like 900 cals (i hear vic beckham does it) how long should it take me to SEE changes in my hips and such places!?
Like i lost a couple pounds so far, but i would also like to SEE a difference!.!.i mean whats the point of doing an extreme crash diet if u dont notice!. Granted it is only my 2nd day of this i know i wont see changes now, but when will i!?
i am planning on doing this till late june!.
i am 5'9 134ish pounds!.!.DO NOT tell me all the unhealthy things of crash diets, i KNOW and i knwo ill gain back!.

Everybody is different!.!. I'm sure you'll see changes within a week at least!. You should measure yourself, that way you will know how many inches!.!.!. if you add pilates to this crash diet you will see results A LOT faster! they say 10 sessions of pilates you will feel different, 20 you will look different and 30 your body will be transformed!.!. add this and try to make those 900 cals as healthy as possible!.!. these two tips will speed up the changes! good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

yeah, crash diets are horrible for your body, but if you only want to see some improvement for a short period of time, I'd say you stay on for about a week!. The change won't be drastic, but it'll be noticeable!. If you were to go on a crash diet, of course, you'll actually gain weight, a lot of weight, when you actually do eat, so don't starve yourself!. I have a friend who's "mannorexic", and I've been trying to convince him that, first of all, he's not fat, and second of all, that it's bad for him!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not the way to do it!.!.!. the body will start literally digesting itself!. Also loosing too much weight at once, as well as gaining it all back at once, will do long lasting damage!. A good way to lose weight is to not eat carbs!. This will allow the body to rid of carbs and move on to fats!. Also instead of limiting yourself to 900 calories, try 1500!. You will start to see good changes in less than 2 weeks and you will be more healthy while doing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're going to get really tired, then really sick, then you are going to start eating again and gain weight because your body is in panic mode!. It is unhealthy!

your really doing this a dangerous way!. Sorry to burst your bubble, as i know how frustrating it is for people to tell you your diet is wrong, but the body needs at least 1200 calories MINIMUM to survive!. Anything below and your body thinks there is a famine and stores fat, and eats good fats!.

do it the proper way, exercise and diet along with rest!.

He wrote a plan for me a while back and its brilliant!.

Its very quick, and i enjoyed the attention lol!. Give it a go

Also you don't have to keep buying as you just mix the program about a bit!.
