Question: Is this diet harmful!?!?
most of the time I dnt eat breakfast and then I just have like a snack at noon and later eat dinner!.!.!.!.or sometimes I eat breakfast ( just like a piece of breador something) and dnt eat lunch ( which is usually just a bag of chips for me!.!.!.!.
or sometimes I just have dinner and thts it!.!.!.!.

Well, depression will hurt, but you can not let your health be harmed also!. Eating is good for you, the proteins, calcium, and all that!. Eating will also keep your mind focus and can help your depression!.

The two most important meals are breakfast and dinner!. breakfast keeps your up and dinner will help you when you are sleeping at night!. (like growing taller!.)

The diet can become harmful!. Consistently taking in less calories than your body needs can lead to malnutrition and an eating disorder!. What is most harmful is depression and you will start to exhibit other effects of depression such as not enjoying activities you use to, withdrawing from social situations, etc!. No, but it is a great way to put all of that fat directly on your belly!.!. Meaning, by not eating at regular intervals your body is producing huge amounts of a stress hormone called cortisol!. One of its jobs is to relocate fat in the body to the belly!.!.!.!.!.

Next, I strongly suspect your depression is related to your diet!. To be perfectly honest, it is a complete mess!.!.!. I mean "bag of chips"!?!?!?!? That is not a meal!.!.!.!. Also, I think I can probably determine the exact cause of your digestive problems!.!.!.

If you feel ddepressed you need to surround yourself with friends, and nice people!. Eat healthier foods, like an apple and straw berries for lunch, for brackfast have a bagle, or something and have a well appitizing meaal for dinner!. If you have lost your appitite because of you attitude, that is bad!. Maybe your depressed because of your diet!. This can affect you greatly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This diet is very harmful because besides the fact that you are lowering your metabolism by skipping meals (which will make you gain weight), you are actually making your digestive system more sluggish!. right now it does not seem like a big deal but eventually as you get older it might slow down your metabolism, possibly putting you at a higher risk of getting overweight!. Also without breakfast you might not be getting as many nutrients as you need :o
