Do protein shakes slow you down?!


Question: Do protein shakes slow you down!?
I started going to the gym a few weeks ago and people told me that protein shakes are good and others said that they slow you down like less endurance!. I was wondering if i should use them or not!. any sugestions!? Thank you :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Protein shakes can slow you down a bit if you drink them immediatly before cardio!. It would be better to drink them after cardio or before you lift!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The suggested use is an hour before workout or right after workout!.
Most shakes are formulated for quick digestion!.
They only slow you down if you drink too much and too soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
