Question: I need to lose about 20-30 pounds in a month!. Is it possible!?
Ok so to start out with i am 13 years old and am a male!. I weigh about 140 or more idk!. I want to lose 20-30 pounds by diet, exercise, anything!. I know im young and its going to be hard but i need to trim the edges by summer!. I go to my step dads farm and he has neices and im embarrased to go swimming and stuff like that with them because of my weight!. Im very very self concient!. Its very hard!. So i would like to atleast make my waist look thin with no more extra baggage!. I dont need a six pack or anything i just want a thin body in the waist area!. So if anyone has a diet or exercise plan or anything in the means of that that will make me lose wait around the waist area QUICKLY please give it to me!. Thanks everyone!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok sweetie, you said it yourself, you are young, you shouldn't be messing with your body when it hasn't finished growing yet!. Plus twenty pounds is one heck of a lot of weight to lose in a month, it's not healthy to lose it that fast!. Anything you lose would come straight back on once you stopped deting!.

The best thing you can probably do in terms of health is cut out fatty snacks, replace them with fruit or a healthy alternative, and keep snacking to a minimum!. Eat three meals a day, one example is, a small bowl of cereal with semi-skimmed milk for breakfast, a tuna salad sandwich without butter, with ricecakes and a small banana for lunch, then a main meal like grilled chicken baked potato and veggies for dinner!.

You can excersise as well, try running or cycling to burn fat, then do sit ups and press ups to tone up a bit!.

If you really want to lose a lot of weight see your doctor, they can give you a diet plan that will suit your needs, and will be healthy to you!. I can't give you specifics as I don't know your height or current weight!.

Just please don't start starving yourself or exercising for four hours a day, it won't improve your health at all and if you starve yourself you won't even lose that much weight, your body goes into starvation mode where it clings onto every ounce of fat you have to keep itself going!.

Ok I dont know much about dieting but it doesn't seem like anything good for you would lose weight that fast!. And 30 pounds is nothing!.

you wont lose that much in a month!.!.!. a healthy amount to lose per week is 2-3 lbs!.!.!. How tall are you!? 140 lbs is not heavy at all! I am working to loose about 25 lbs and have been running a half hour a day and eating six small meals to boost metabolism!.!.!. it's working for me!. Not sure what type of cardio you would be into but it's your only best for shedding the pounds!.!.!. dont stress so much over it just start now and you'll feel more confident right away just knowing you are doing something to improve yourself! YES! It is possible!. I lost 20 pounds in 30 days! The diet is very easy if you like meat!.!.!.its called the Atkins diet!.
Basically you can't eat carbs!.!.!.but it is WAY easy because you will drop the weight and it will show a difference! ( you dont even have to exercise!.!. How great is that!) Acceptable foods:
?Any type of meat ( beef,fish,ham,turkey, ECT!.)?Any type of cheese (cheddar, colby, Swiss,mexican ECT!.)
?Any type of eggs (scrambled, hard boiled, deviled, sunny side up, ECT!.)
? Any vegtables accept for corn( green beans, salad, spinich ECT!.)
the great thing is you can eat AS MUCH AS YOU WANT!!!!

It IS possible but it's not healthy! Like they said 2-3 (or 4) lbs is sufficient per wek!. All you need to do is be toned (doesnt' matter if ur still big), but without the fat as most of the bulk! I see u had a farm, go and help out on all the heavy jobs!. My prof said you should also walk/work faster cuz it boosts ur energy usage!. I'm trying to help mom out in the kitchen too, since running around back and forth from the fridge carrying a whole chicken and bottles of condiments really does help you sweat! Also help out clean the house too!. But remember, work fast!. This could be a form of excercise too, apart from all those machines u usually have in gyms!.

and in beween breaks, have healthy farm-fresh meals (no fattening, starchy food)!. Stay away from pasta and rice (people are starving in Asia because they can't afford to have 'em but we waste em like water)!Www@Answer-Health@Com
