Question: Need a diet buddy!!!! need to loose weight fast and always fail!?
Hi i need someone to be my diet buddy and keep in touch so we can keep each other motivated!. I need to loose weight really fast, i no people will say you need to do it healthy etc etc but please don't say it!. i am 14 stone an 5'6 and tried every diet under sun and dont think there a diet pill i havent tried!.

I want someone who wants to loose it super fast and support each other

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad

Breakfast

Lunch

It is good thing that you want to lose weight!. It will be still better if you strengthen your body muscles too!. Here is the method already tested by me!. It works wonders if done seriously!. The details are given below!.

1!. As soon as you get up in the morning, start drinking water glass by glass!. Drink as much water as you can with out brushing your teeth or cleaning your mouth and before going to toilet!. This will kill harmful bacterias inside your belly!.

The whole problem is: diets DO NOT WORK!. As soon as you stop them, the weight goes straight back on!. Plus, some diets are bad for you (e!.g!. the Atkins diet: cutting out carbs will make you ill)!. Really what you should be doing is just eating healthily and getting excersize: only 10-15 minutes (maybe jogging or something like that) everyday if that's all you can do!. As for eating healthily, your diet (as in what you eat, not a radical eating plan) should be well balanced, lots of fruits, vegetables, good carbs (e!.g!. brown rice, pasta), good fats (e!.g!. olive oil, oily fish [mackerel])!. Another good thing is to have lots of small meals instead of 3 big ones!. Having, say, a healthy snack every few hours keeps you going for longer!.
One last thing, try eating lots of celery: it contains so little calories that it takes more calories to eat than it actually has = negative calories!.

Hi i used to be 13 stone but then dropped to 10stone 5 ihave a put a stone and a bit on so want to get down to 10 stone!! i found that joining weight watchers helps!. if you follow the points plan you should never feel hungry!. a typical day for me included; weetabix or rice crispies for breakfast piece of toast and small orange juice, dinner would be a sandwich or jacket potato with a low fat yoghurt or even crisps and fruit and tea would be chicken, jacket potato and rice or other healthier options!. once a week i had chips on wednesday nught after losing weight and a sausage sandwich on a saturday!. when given the points book for breakfast u can even have a small breakfast!. i lost 4 and half pound i the first week three in the second and i lost 2 and half stone in 6 months could of been quicker but did not do that much exercise!. if you lose weight to quickly you will endup putting it back on!. wieght watchers changes how you eat and incorparates it into your life style i!.e swapping sugar for sweetners and using skimmed milk!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

i like it becuase you hear hadny tips from others and everyone always chats about how much they lose each week etc!.

you may need your parents approval thro to go as you are only 14!.

its never quick and if it is youll put it back on again, you can also join weight watchers online if you dont want top go to a class!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

but all you have to do is run on the treadmill for 20 minutes and make sure you're sweating!.
it's proven to work so just go for it!.
increase speed or duration everytime and just get better!.

Im sorry to hear you've been misled into believing fad diets and diet pills are a good way to loose weight!. If there was a safe and effective one on the market do you think we would have an obesity crisis!?

Well i am around you age ,but i am in shape for my age and i don't have a diet really i just watch what i eat!. If i feel like a cookie i think is this going to help me or hurt me ,but i hope you do well and diiet pill doesn't help if you do no workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The reason you fail is because you've got this thought in your head!.

'need to loose weight fast and always fail'

You didn't gain the weight fast, and if you have negative approach 'alwasy fail' you will continue to fail!.

Fad diets do not work
Starving yourself does not work

You need to learn good eating habits and have a good but acheiveable exercise regime!.

See your doctor before embarking on any fitness regime!.

There are no quick fixes that will work in the long run!.

Remember - slow and steady wins the race!.

You need to do cardio and toning
Running
Cycling
Swimming - this is excellent as it combines both elements and is low impact!.

If you ever feel less than motivated I always say this to myself before I go for my daily run

'To have an athletic figure, I must do athletics!'

Food wise aim for;

200-300 cals for breakfast
60 cal snack
300-400 cals for lunch
60 cal snack
400-500 cals for dinner

Loads of water, I mean a lot!!! and spike it with some citrus fruit as this has an enzyme in it that quite literally eats fat!

These meals should be made up of good quality, close to source foods no alcohol, no pop not even the sugar free variety!.

Remember if you have to open a packet (not salads! I mean crisps and chocolate!) to get to it, it is probably man made, processed and full of crap, which in turn is counter productive!.

Another of my many mantras is

'if ya put rubbish in, ya get rubbish out!' I say that to myself when contemplating sticking a mars bar in my gob!
