Question: Suggestions for sodium nitrate free lunch for kids please!?
I thought I was being careful by limiting my kids' hot dog consumption, now that I know the lunch meat I have been packing in their lunch is just as bad, I feel horrible!! Besides the macaroni, egg or tuna sandwich, can anyone suggest something that appeals to kids of elementary school age!? BTW, if anyone has any info on the maximum consumption recommended on these sodium nitrate products, please let me know!. I still let them enjoy with limitation!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are some lunchmeats that don't have nitrites!. You can also send anything in a small thermos!.!.!.leftovers from dinner are great!Www@Answer-Health@Com
