Ok so i always ask!.!.!."How can i get a body like these!?"

And i am always told!.!."oh they probably starve themselves to look like that!"
And when i say ok!.!.i am going on a 900 cal crash diet, how long will it take me to get a body like that!? Everyone says oh u wont lose weight by not eating, youll gain or stay the same!.
So wtf!.!.!.double standard!? Why is it that to get the body in those pics i am told they starve and when i say i want to eat 900 cals u guys say i wont lose weight!?

Don't starve yourself but do what you want!.
You WILL lose weight cutting that many calories!.
Its a fact!.

The only way you'd GAIN is if you get back to eating more than that cause it'll come back fast!.

They starve themselves and continue to starve themselves over time!.

People go by the idea that people starve themselves and once they lose weight they start eating again, and its when you start eating again that you put back on all the weight!.!.!.!.!. If you continue to not give your body nourishment, it will get that skinny, but if you ever decide to stop starving yourself, consult a nutritionist or you will regret it because it will cause you put on more weight than you use to have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You MUST eat at least 1500 calories a day, and you must 'burn' (exercise + what you normally do) 2000 calories a day!. You will lose about 2 pounds per week if you do this, and the exercise can help you get the body like in your pictures!. The thing is that those are all models who have very 'thin frames' and if you don't have the same frame, it will never happen !.!.!. but you WILL get thinner and be healthier in the end!. If you eat only 900 calories a day, your body goes into 'starvation mode' and you WON'T LOSE WEIGHT !.!.!. you'll get very tired and cranky, though !.!.!. not a good thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know this sounds really dumb, but I don't think you should concentrate on your weight and looks!. You should however concentrate on you health!. Don't do some crazy diet!. Take a class on eating healthy or something!. You would be surprised how much you can learn! Eating healthy will make you feel better, stronger, more confident, and you will have more energy!. Use that energy to excessive!. ( I hate exercising!.!.!.!.but it is the healthy thing to do!.) Now you may not shed pounds drastically, but it can do a lot for your mind and body in a gradually healthy process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body has a certain defense mechanism!.!.!.if there's a sudden stop of intake of food then your body stocks up on calories, making you either a!. keep the same weight or b!. gain some!. they were probably skinny their entire life or have kept on the diet long enough that their body is used to itWww@Answer-Health@Com

u shouldn't starve tho!. or do crash diets!. they really are bad for u!. they make u gain weight at first then loose!. plus they make ur body and immune system weak!. they slow down ur metabolism PERMENATELY!. so don't do the crash diets!. you should eat healthy (1,200 cal!. min!.) and exersize more!. exersizing is really the best way to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe because you should be learning to be happy as yourself rather than trying to mold yourself into someone else's body!? You don't have that kind of genetic makeup!. You will probably never look like that!. Just be happy with how you are!.

The 2nd & 3rd girls are grossly skinny!. It looks disgusting!.!.!.you don't want to look like that!. Especially the 3rd pic!.!.!.her hip is poking out so much you could cut yourself on it & her thighs are as skinny as her ankles!. It's unnatural!.!.!.they need some cheeseburgers imo!. why would you want to look like that!!? I'm a twenty year old guy and I am completey turned off my girls that look like sticks and are about to snap!. I've never met a guy who likes stick-looking girls like that!. there is a fine line between healthy fit/skinny, and anorexic sticks!. those girls have disgusting bodies!.!.!.!.please dont strive for that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OKAY, here is the answer, if you go on any diet DON'T all its going to do is make you sick, hungry, or hurt!. All you have to do it start to eat healthy like eat lots of vegetables and fruits, stay away from most of the sweets, treat your self with a cupcake or two a week or something so you get some sweets in there too!. Eat yogart and milk and cheese too so that you don't get atherosclerosis Will your trying to lose wait!. and also eat about a 1/2 cup of ice cream every 2 days so you can still have your sweets and still lose wait!. And especially make sure that you don't go over board on losing wait because that can lead to anorexia or Bulimia which is bad, oh and i almost forgot, exercises too, take a jog around the block a few times, and swim, and hike, and play around with your kids (if you have any) just make sure that you have fun and your "diet" doesn't change your way of life!
