No more than 500 calories a day, very very little of those calories being fat!. Drink lots of cold water, and juice, no pop or junk food!. The coldness of the water or juice actualy makes you burn calories since your body has to heat itself back up!. Just don't get hooked on the diet!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
