How do i get water weight off?!


Question: How do i get water weight off!?
not in a rush, but i have a problem, i constantly drink water!. and im 100% sure my extra weight recently is due to water weight, cause i've been eating the same and, i've gone to the gym more now, cause it's vacation time, i go to gym 5 days, opposed to 2 days when it's school time!.!. i constantly want water, maybe because it's summer here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All fat people think that way!. Water weight cud be reduced by reducing salt intake!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

Its probably the water or because you are gaining muscle-muscle weighs more that fat!.

its depends on what you eat and how many meals you have a day!. It should be smaller meals but more frequently like up to six time a day!. Also those who try and loses weight usually cut down on carbs and eat more protein like in meat like chicken turkey, seafood(except red meat-have less of this)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are going to the gym more than your extra weight could be muscle, I have heard that muscle weighs more than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Avoid salty foods, because salt retains water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
