Summer Workouts?!
Question: Summer Workouts!?
Yea i would like a basic workout that I could do each day over the summer!. I have a bookbag and i have right now 25 lbs of rocks in it and i walk about 1-2 miles at least 3 times a week, but now i want to work out everyday!. so does anyone have any advice!. oh, im 15, 140lbs, 5'7'' and have a bmi of like 21or22!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
