How many calories did i eat today?!
Question: How many calories did i eat today!?
ok i need an estimate on how much ive eaten , wether its enough or not
morning - 2 medium hard boiled eggs
snack - a 1/3 bowl of alpen meusli, with semi skimmed milk
a small cracker (18 Kcal) with a little peanut butter
lunch - a cheese sandwich (2 slices of bread (110 Kcal each) and 2 slices of edam cheese (79 Kcal each i think)
3 chocolate cubes and about 7 pustachios
snack - a peach and an apple and a 100 Kcal yogurt
dinner - a small white baguette with hummus
drinks wise i had 3 decaff coffees with 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar and semi skimmed milk
im male , 19 , 63ish Kg, and im 5 feet 10
today i walked the dog for 150 minutes, i did some shopping (walked and didnt use the car at all) for about 70 minutes!.
i also walked to and back from a friend's house which took 40 minutes in total
im not on any diet but am trying to watch what i eat

OK its better to have one egg instead of two, and regarding Edam cheese take just one slice instead of two, the good thing you've done is walking alot today, maybe you had 2100 calories today but probably you burnt 600 calories which is perfect, the average calories for men are 2500 daily while its 2000 for women!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
