Skinnier Arms And Legs??!
Question: Skinnier Arms And Legs!?!?
I'm 12!. I want to get skinnier arms and leg but mostly arms!. I can't go jogging because my parents are over protective!. I'm sometimes home alone but i can't go outside and i can't go to the gym because they can't know!. And no pills and other stuff either!. Please help and keep in mind MY PARENTS CAN"T KNOW ABOUT IT!!!!!! I don't know if this helps but i'm 95 pounds and 5' 2"Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's always the funnest if you can integrate some kind of practical exercise into your life, like cycling! That's the best, because you get really fit without even trying!. It works out your arms too!. The best exercise for your arms though is drumming, so if you've ever been interested in percussion or music in general this might be good for you!. It gives my arms the most intense work-out!
Another great one is finding fast, fun music to dance to and having some friends over for a little dance party - or just do it on your own so you can focus more!. I really like drum n bass because you can just dance so quickly to it!.
Other things: plenty of water, a diet that's balanced in terms of fat, carbohydrates and protein (most people get mostly carbs and fat), and lots of vitamin C so your body can get rid of toxins instead of puffing your body up with them!.
Swimming's also great, tennis, I mean any sports that seem interesting to you will keep you in shape and your brain will also get a workout - don't forget about it :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

be careful, healthy and in shape are fine but if you are doing this because you want to lose weight because you are worried about being fat, please talk to a trusted adult or teacher!.!.!.you could start an eating disorder and that wouldn't be a good thing!! (you're really skinny) But to answer your question see if you can't get a wii!.!.!.a new game just came out that give you a work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
your not over weight but if you want to get stronger not bulkier buy the rubber bands (surgical tubing) with handles on them at wallmart or any sporting goods store you can do curles military press and many other exercises!. youtube has a lot of body weight exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
