I think I may be starting to go a little anorexic!. See, I started eating less because I started being less hungry for some reason!. And, now I'm drinking a lot of water everyday just because I love it :)
anyway, my appetite's come back, but I'm reluctant to feed myself!. I've lost a little weight by cutting out a little food here and there (I don't mean skipping meals! NOT AT ALL! Like, eating a little meal)
I'm dizzy all the time, and my body has been sore for a few days now!. I mean, I'm a healthy girl (I'm 16: 5'5 and 130 lbs) but I don't excersize a lot!.
I don't know what's going on!.!.!.I just want someone's opinion here!. I'd appreciate it :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking water is good!. You should eat 5-6 small meals daily but you should not be dizzy from lack of food!. Exercising is good for you so you should do it (not excessively)!. Cutting out bad food isn't a bad idea, but make sure you are getting the proteins and fats that your body needs - there are good fats and bad fats that you can give to your body - the good fats burn off with exercise!.
If you continue to be dizzy, you might want to talk to your doctor- may be you are deficient in something like iron - they can do a quick blood test and let you knowWww@Answer-Health@Com
