Answers:
if your diet is too strict you will end up bingeing every now and then!. so loosen up your diet slightly and allow yourself a treat every now and then!. i always allow myself a small pig out like a chocolate bar or a pizza or something on a sunday if i have had a good week!. that way i know i won't binge cos i have sunday to look forward to!
that way as well it keeps your metabolism up so you still burn fat!.
good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's OK to break your diet now and then - the trick is to start eating healthy the next day, don't think "Oh well I've done it now might as well give up"!. One day of unhealthy eating won't put the weight on - but a few days or weeks of it will!.

You also need to allow yourself to have some treats so you don't get massive cravings!. It's OK to have a piece of pizza, a few fries or a chocolate biscuit now and then!. Sometimes we binge because our body is craving something - make sure you are eating enough to keep you going!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that you are trying to lose weight a bit too fast!.

A normal rate of weight loss is about 2 pounds per week, so it should take you about three weeks to lose 5 pounds!. You might have binged because you are depriving yourself too much!.

Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and fill up on these if you get hungry!. And make sure you're not cutting out protein or carbohydrates - you need these to stay healthy!.

Have a planned reward for good eating!. E!.g!. have a small chocolate (not a whole bar) in the evening (my mum does this without fail, and she eats really healthily!) if you've eaten well the rest of the day!. Or promise yourself dessert once a week, maybe on a Sunday!. Oh, and don't beat yourself up - just carry on trying to eat well and forget about having 'messed up'!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

discipline is the key for whatever you want to achieve!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nope, you can't undo your mistake! If you're finding yourself binging, then you might need to adjust your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
