Question: How many calories per day can I burn by walking 6 flights of stairs (120 steps) twice per day!?
I started taking the stairs instead of the elevator this week!. I'm trying to figure out how many calories I can burn per day by walking six flights of stairs, or 120 steps twice daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Right cause, wrong effect, as per previous answers not much to measure but the point is you will build muscle tissue and greatly improve cardio and circulatory efficiency!. This, especially if you're still young, will improve everything leading to a tendency to use the extra fitness all day (you'll even sleep better)!. Micromanagement of fitness is depressing, macro and live better/longer as long as you don't get hit by a bus or go doing it to extremes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body burns about 1400 calories a day just by running itself (i!.e!. pumping blood and such) as for the steps maybe 100ish!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
