I need to lose 10klos?!


Question: I need to lose 10klos!?
i have lost 40klos i need to lose 10 more i cant i have been trying for months i cant do it i go to the gym 5mornings and 3 afternoons i love it but coz i cant lose wieght now i have been doing body building i love doing it but it is puttting to much on the wieght said of it i was 110klos now 74 was 71 what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drop 300 calories from your intake, reduce number of exercise days ( 8 times is TOO much) Plus dont get discouraged re body buiding a pound of muscle burns 150 calories per day ! If you loose weight via giving up weights you will gain that weight back at a more alarming rate (during your maintance mode you will have to have a very very strict diet) Stuff the number on the scale grab a tape measure - measure to see if you are loosing weight and get a body fat check done!.
