ALWAYS hungry?!
Question: ALWAYS hungry!?
okay, well i have been trying to drop some weight but i am constantly hungry!. i always have to have a snack with me because then i get crabby and stuff if i'm hungry!.
i've tried eating "filling" foods and stuff like that, but i'm still almost always hungry!. i've tried having gum all the time, but it makes me hungrier! i guess i'm still going through puberty, idk!? that might make me hungry, but i eat so much and i don't really know when to stop until i feel like i'll vomit everything up because i'm so full!.
so, any tips on OTHER filling foods or different ways to curb your appetite!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

People mistake thirst for hunger, you must drink plenty of water for starters!. Eat breakfast it is the most important meal, oatmeal is fber and filling!. Knock off all salt and sugar!.
Foods that are high in fiber are whole grains like oats and bran- please note brown rice although considered a whole grain has no to little fiber and is not beneficial in this circumstance, vegetables (celery surprisingly has the most fiber content), and friuts all have fiber!. Beware of eating too many servings of these foods, especially whole grains and friuts (they have higher calories per serving than vegetables)!.
Take a look at your BMI and activity level to see how many calories/serviings you should be eating per day- you may be too restrictive accounting for the constant hunger!. If you're always hungry which means you have a huge appetite, it means that youu have somethign troubling yer mind that makes you hungry!. Maybe the stress of losing weight actually makes u gain weight!.

first of all, how old are you!? if you're about 13-20 than you shouldn't change your eating habits!. But if you want to find "filling" foods!. I suggest you find fiber or bloating foods!. They will be fruits, most likely apples!. anyways hope you get around your problemWww@Answer-Health@Com
Carry a bag of nuts around to munch on if you need a holdover!.
