What is the best non contact aerobic workout ?!


Question: What is the best non contact aerobic workout !?
I have a knee injury from years ago that puts jogging out and I swim like a brick!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

use little kickboards in the pool!! *throws kick board at bubber* that will keep you afloat!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Circuit training done with light weights and high intensity, change any high impact manoeuvre to a low impact alternative!.
My friends and I regularly do a 12 station circuit with minimal equipment, (just some db's and some weight discs) at 40 secs work with 20 secs recovery!. Each circuit lasts 12 minutes, we do this 3 times straight through, we get an all round, high intensity 36 minute workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming!. Even if you swim like a brick it is still aerobic and non-weight bearing!. Practice will improve your swimming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you tried using a rowing machine (ergometer)!? If rowing doesn't hurt your knee too much, I would definitely recommend it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try an aqua fit class - exercise in water very low impact the only exercise i actually enjoy - hope this helps you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best one I found at the gym was the Cross Trainer!.
