I am really struggling with my weight and I just can't seem to lose it!. I really HATE the way my body looks because of my huge thighs and butt and tubby stomach!.!.!.!. I have even considered suicide cause I really can't take it anymore!.!.!.

Please do not consider suicide! Do you know how much you would miss out on!? About 4 years ago I weight 340 lbs!. I was an eater and didn't really care what it was and didn't want to stop either!. I finally looked at myself one day and said ok I have had it!. It won't be easy or very fun at first but trust me you will be happy in the end!. First set a goal, a small goal for a week!. If you are 300 lb's then set a goal to loose 15 lb's in the first two weeks!. Second make ajustments to your diet!. I started with a 1200 calorie a day diet!. I cut out all sugars, all carbs and cut back on the amounts I ate to reach my goal of 1200 calories a day!. I kept it in my head that the weekend is coming and I can cheat a little then!. I ate eggs for breakfast!. scrambled with ketchup or hard boile only eggs are 60 calories a piece and are high in protien witch will cut into the carb intake!. I drank only water for the first few weeks and got real used to it!. I would have a beef jerky or even two for lunch or a hearty salad with vegies on it and a couple splashes of dressing (don't use the fat free) ranch regular will only add a few calories to your diet and help with the taste!. for a snack I would eat carrot sticks or celery sticks or hard boiled eggs or even a pickle!. for dinner I would eat a big salad or a big bag of broccoli with some butter (you can cook this in the micro) always something filling!. every other day I would add Grilled Chicken to my salad and a couple of splashes of dressing for the taste!. that was usually the same every day with a few times spoiling myself with like six chicken wings or a lean cuisine spegetti or somthing like that!. I was always careful to check the calories and keep track to the best of my ability not to go over 1200 calories!. You will have a tough time of it but after about 2 weeks it gets easier!. I never had pop until I hit my goal of 240!. Keep in mind the more you loose you start to get your motabalism back so it will be easy to keep it off!. after I hit my goal of 240 in like 4 months I started walking 5 miles a day to get the rest off!. Two months ago I weighed myself and I was at 205!. I am very happy!. I eat what I want now and if I notice that I am getting carried away I cut back!. I drink most of the time Diet Coke and every day I usually spoil myself with a Dr!. Pepper!. The biggest key for me was to get over the first three weeks and it was real hard!. I would go to the grocery store and look at the food and say I ate what I want'ed all my life now I can stop!. But take baby steps!. It will happen if you want it to!. If it gets really hard stop for a day and start again two days later!. Don't throw in the towel if you get sidetracked!. Just pick up again and keep on trucking!. You can do it, Get your family involved and have them help you!. The bigest day for me was when I went back to my old church and all of my freinds saw me and said "you lost half you wieght and where did you go" You will feel so good about yourself looking into the mirror!.
