You can eat as many carbs as you want!. If your only goal is to lose weight and not gain muscle it is as simple as calories in versus calories out!. As long as you burn more calories a day than you consume you will lose weight!. It is a scientific fact!. Also, you cannot spot reduce fat, if you want to lose it around your waist you have to lose it everywhere!. Everyone knows the answer to this question, they just don't want to hear it!. For diet, reduce your carbs to barely nothing!. Focus on green vegetables and protein!.
