Question:

Low carb diet does it mean stuff yourself with other things ?

I remember someone telling me eat all you want just cut breads and potatoes and pasta and youll be fine! Well that was my cousin and he lost 80 pounds with no exercising in 6 months!!!!
Is this really possible?

I still eat some bread but watch the carbs, like I found 14 grain bread to be 6% carb and some sesame sticks to be 3% carbs, so Im not cutting bread totally, can I still achieve this result?


Answers:

The best thing you can do is stop eating simple carbs like sugar and anything "white", such as white bread, white rice, and what not. If the ingredient label says "enriched flour" then stay away. Switch to 100% whole wheat products and eat brown rice, beans, and veggies for carbs. Be sure to stay away from deep fried stuff. Make sure to eat carbs though, your body needs them for fuel, just be smart about what types you put in your body
