Lifting weights to get into shape?!


Question: Lifting weights to get into shape!?
i have two questions!.One is if you are 11-13 lifting weights does it effect your growth!?and second what are some good muscle exersices for an eleven year old!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i personally started working out when i was 12!. working out doesnt stunt ur growth at a young age as long as u dont try to overdo it!. my first workouts were dumbell curls, tricep curls, and i used a weight machine that used the handle and wires!. it has lat pulls and leg press on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it effects your height!.
Don't lift weights do cardio and if you really want to lift weights lift light ones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
