I want to start a workout plan to help trim my stomach and thighs, what are the best workouts to do?

I am 4'11 and 145. I want to go down to 115.

Every morning do short hard aerobic workouts. Instead of working out for 30 minutes or an hour, work out as hard as you can for 10-12 minutes every morning.

In the evenings focus on calestinics. Do pushups, squats, sit ups, etc.

The evening workouts will help you build muscle to give you a nice trim and toned look, without a bulky muscle look. The morning workouts will get your metabolism up so that you will burn more calories throughout the day.

Combine this with a healthy diet consisting of 5-8 small meals. You should eat a small, healthy meal about every 2 hours or so.
