Exercise not working?!

Question: Exercise not working!?
I do 100 sit-ups, run 3 miles (in addition to track), have volleyball practice for 2 hours every day or track for 2 hours every day, stretch, do yoga and pilates, and jump rope for about 30 minutes!. The unhealthiest I have eaten in the past 4 months is a bowl of ice cream, which I ran an extra mile for!.

Why isn't my exercise burning off any fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I think you're exercising way, way too much and eating way, way too little!.!.!.!.!.

These are the reasons why you aren't burning off fat!.

See, if you over-exercise (or over-cardio), you aren't breaking down fat but instead stripping off precious muscles!.!.!.!.

As you know muscle elevates your metabolism because it's metabolically active (i!.e!. it burns calories even while you're at rest)!. Hence, if you're losing it, of course your metabolism slows down, causing you unable to burn off fat!.

Have a read on effect of over-cardio here: http://www!.perfect-body-toning!.com/exces!.!.!.

Cut down your exercise to a 1-hour session, 3-4 times or 4-5 times per week, doing cardio + yoga/Pilates or sit -ups, all in this 1 hr session - like 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of yoga/Pilates/sit ups!.

I think you're also eating less than 1,200 calories per day!. This is where your problem starts!.!.!.!.!.!.

Eating this little makes your body thinks that you're "starving" and hence it goes into a "starvation" mode by slowing down your metabolism to conserve the food you eat; meaning it doesn't burn off food for energy but stores it as fat!.!.!.!.!.!.

You must eat more than 1,200 calories per day, to keep your metabolism functions healthily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every persons body works diffrently!.!.!.It could be many things!.!.Perhaps you have a slow metabolosim rate, which means it just takes longer to burn off the calories!.!.!.Or Are you eating enough healthy foods, staying away from junk foods, drinking plenty of liquids, especially water, staying away from greasy foods, think about that!.!.!.!.Hope that helps!.!.:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

u may eat healthy, but how much do u eat!? if u eat the same amount u burn, then u wont gain or lose!. if u eat less than u burn, u will lose!. if u eat more than u burn, u will gain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like you arent eating enough!. If you are buring so many calories, but only taking in so little, your body will store the fat for survival!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it!. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural)!. The results were excellent!. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox!. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://trim-get!.info where they have a free trial and you only pay $4!.95 shipping and handling!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

My poor husband is the same way!. He could run a marathon and still not lose his stomach!. He's incredibly strong!. It seems the only way he's able to lose weight is if he doesn't eat any carbs like pasta, bread, etc!. He eats only meat and veggies (heavy emphasis on the veggies) and the pounds come off!.
***Geez, you don't eat much at all!. Are you already really thin!? You're not like anorexic and believe you're big are you!? Are you sure you need to lose weight!? What are your dimensions!? My only other guess if you are a large person is that you have a hormonal issue and could ask your doctor and tell him exactly what you are doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
