What should I eat before lifting/HIIT/cardio??!


Question:

What should I eat before lifting/HIIT/cardio??

I plan on doing weights/HIIT early in the morning. I'll wake up and eat RIGHT after I wake up..and do HIIT/weights about an hour after i eat my first meal.

What should that meal be full of? carbs? protein? Or shouldn't I even eat before I do HIIT?


Answers:

proteins because you are going to need them! maybe even some granola or a tigers milk bars (those are great! they are tasty and they keep you full)
