I am losing weight but i don't see a change?!

Question:

I am losing weight but i don't see a change?

I went from 181 lbs. to 153 lbs over the past two months, but when i look at myself, I look the same as I started off. Why is this? Would it be because i am not losing weight and losing something else like muscle mass or something?

I am 15, daily I usually eat those healthy choice things for lunch and for supper I usually have steak or chicken. (the size of my palm though.) Daily, I eat around 1,300 calories. Lunch is probably around 300 and supper ranges from 300-500 calories. And for the left over calories, I usually have one of those weight watchers desserts thats around 170 calories and some pringles that are made into 100 calorie packs. So, sometimes i go over my daily calorie intake but not by much. Usually I eat 1,300-1,500.

Now for my excersize. I go on the tredmill daily and run for 30 minutes.

Answers:

ur gaining mussle and that makes the fat show..thats why some girls get those pottches

they didn't burn off all the fat to get the flat stomach yet so the muscle they got makes it stick out

also u could just be losing water if ur not taking in as much sodium as u used to
