Okay my lifting and cardio are counter acting....help?
im like 125lbs 5''7' and have absolutely no body fat, i'm "cutt" but i wanna gain some ya know it feels like my cardio and lifting work against each other, when's the best time to lift what should i eat etc...

they cant work against each other!
do 5 mins cardio to warm up
then your full weight training
then 20 - 30 mins more cardio
