Question: How can i lose 20-25 pounds in a month and 2 weeks!?
anyone know what i can do to achieve this!.because im going on vacation on July 18th and i want to go back looking totally different!.if anyone knows the type of foods and exercise i should do please tell me!.i would really appreciate it!.also im a 17 yr old boy who currently weighs 222 pounds and so far ive gone down from 258 pounds and my heights 5-8 to 5-9!.thanks alotWww@Answer-Health@Com

since youre in a bit of a bind and only have a little bit of time left, make sure you eat almost nothing but protein for the next month!. in fact try and eat your weight in grams of protein(you weigh 222 so try your damndest to eat at least 200 grams of protein a day)!. Im assuming you dont lift weights so that wouldnt hurt but since this is to trim up in just a month and youre a starter you want to start doing lots of pushups lots of pullups and lots of sprinting for short (maybe 50-100yards, then rest 2 minutes and start over)in between these pullups and pushups!. If you are really dedicated enough your metabolism will really go through the roof with these short, intense intervals of exercise and when you combine these intense 45 -60 minute workouts with all that protein you will start to see your ab muscles within that month!.

Or if you dont care about health and just want to lose an absurd amount of weight just stop eating!.!.!.Just drink lots of water thoughout the day and just hardly eat anything at all!. it works but its really unhealthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Losing that much weight in a month, while possible, could put your health at risk or even be fatal, especially at your age!.
