Question:

Exercise Help for Teens!?

Hi, I'm almost 15 years old and I want to know the best way to take care of my body
I play tennis and before I went to camp(3 weeks ago) I swam
I'm not fat, but I am gaining some weight little by little
it's on my arms, stomach, thighs, and cheeks (sorta)
I know that some sports aren't the best for form, like butterfly can give you broad shoulders
What sports/exercises will help me slim down without bulking up muscle or anything?
please help and please don't answer if u have no idea

Swiming frestyle and tennis will probably give you the most even workout throughout your body given they are some of the only sports that use your entire body (swimming more so than tennis, but seeing as you already play tennis, i would recomend continuing this) also, watch what you eat, this may be contributing at well
