Rapid Thermal pills?
Has anyone used these pills before? I went to GNC to purchase lipo 6x but the guy convinced me to buy Rapid Thermal...I have been using them for 1 week...I did lose a couple of pounds but of course I didn't take my pills yesterday 07/04 and gained...(junk food). Has anyone had success on these? Has anyone suffered from insomina? I am getting married in Nov but want to lose about 10 pounds by next month...end of August.

Insomia is very commom yes, but I have used both and the Lipo-6 is really so much better
