Can't tell you a number, but more than likely the weight will be in the form of water!. For every one gram of carb it holds three grams of water!. If you cut out a lot of carbs you will not have enough energy to sustain a workout, and you may not even function in your daily life!. Your brain works on carbs! So try to consume healthy wholesome carbs along with whole proteins and healthy fats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know but you can lose a ton of weight just by cutting out carbs alone!. Here is the drawback, once you start eating them again (and you will) that weight will come on so fast you won't know what hit you!. YOu actually need carbs especially if you excersize!! Otherwise you will burn out and be sluggish all the time!. So instead, just cut out simple carbs like white flour and sugar!. Stick to whole grains only and I promise you will still lose weight!.
