A good multi-vitamin (believe it or not, Stuart (Stewart!?) Pre Natal multivitamins are good for women!. You may want to consider a mild vitamin regimen!. Vit C (1000 mg time release), Vit E (NATURAL 400 IU), a B-complex, Niacin (200-300 mg NOT time release), Omega-3 (fish oil), Selenium (50 mcg), a garlic supplement (odorless - a bit of a misnomer), Calcium (1800 mg), plus a good multi-vitamin!. Stay away from the fast food, fried, fat-infested stuff!. Even McDonald's and Wendy's have salads!. Drink at least 1 oz of water for every 2 pounds of body weight!. Don't go to sleep right after a meal!. Don't smoke!. Try eating 5 small snacks each day instead of 3 big meals!. Don't skip breakfast!. You can always snakc on fruit!. If you're still getting sick a lot, you may want to consider seeing a doctor and checking out your system with a full blood work-up!. For insurance purposes, most health insurance companies won't pay for patient requested tests, so make sure the doctor requests the blood work-up!. Tell him all of your symptoms!. If you paid for the clood work-up out of your own pocket, the cost could be anywhere from $175 - $350!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
