I need to loose at least 15 pounds in 6 weeeks?

I have tryed and failed many times and now i wish i can stick with something so i can go back to school and feel good about myself. I am 5' 8'' and I know I wont be 115 pounds but I need to loose weight fast...I am despersate! please somebody help (: thank you for your time!

After you have been cleared healthy by a doctor do this: Find out your metabolic rate. Any gym should have a machine to test you. Then, you must eat less calories per day than this rate. Do weight training and build up muscle. Drink lots of water. You should not lose more than 2 lbs a week so your body will adjust. If you can get by on 800 calories a day with weight training you should lose 2 lbs a week. It takes 3600 calories less than your metabolic weight to lose 1 pound. Try a liquid diet of Slim Fast. Read a motivational book and solicit the help of your family and friends. Good luck.
