Will I lose weight quickly with this routine?!


Question:

Will I lose weight quickly with this routine?

Each and every day, I jump rope for six sets of 6 minutes each. I do 10 push-ups with a kick, an abs pilates routine, 30 tricep dips, and 10 circles with 3 lb. dumbells [soon to be 5 lbs.]. I also do daily things, like walk up the stairs, run around outside, and such.

For breakfast, I either have low-fat vanilla yogurt or a bowl of cheerios with 2% milk.

For lunch, I have a sandwich with fruit OR 1/2 block ramen noodles with 1/2 packet of chicken flavoring OR 1 microwave pizza [about 400 calories, but I eat 3/4].

For dinner, it varies, but I usually don't eat fastfood, and I try to limit my portions.

I rarely eat unhealthy snacks.

So, will my workout routine give me quick results?


Answers:

Since you are working out with weights, you shouldn't focus on weight. You'll gain muscle (which isn't bad at all), and muscle weighs more than fat. Focus more on how your clothes fit instead. But yeah, you'll see results soon.
